We are the multi award winning Motor Finance arm of Investec Bank, and our mission is to deliver best in class service to our dealers, brokers and customers by always challenging ourselves that we can improve…and by remembering that the best people to ask ‘how’ is to ask those clients themselves!

Choosing the right finance partner is crucial. It goes without saying that response times, acceptance levels, value-adding capabilities, customer care, and accessibility to key people when you need them all play a part. Any relationship, though, should be measured by how it fares when things are difficult or go wrong…this is where honesty, transparency, and ‘doing the right thing’ become the differentiators.

  • Launch of MIDOS our award-winning Dealer Showroom technology

2020

  • MIDOS Enhanced with D365 core servicing platform.
  • Launch of automated identity verification and e-sign processes, digitising the end-to-end customer journey
  • Loan book £400m

2021

  • Launched further automation to improve speed of service and deliver frictionless client journey.
  • Loan book £800m

2023

  • Launched Finance Lease
  • Entered Leisure Market
  • Frictionless client journey for every client type
  • Loan book £1.1bn

So, what’s next?

We’ve come a long way in a short space of time. However, we’re not looking to become the biggest player in the industry – our ambition is to be the best in the industry!

This, of course, is easy to say and difficult to accomplish; we fully recognise that we’ll never be able to say we’ve achieved that objective because that would mean that we believed we were as good as we could ever be; and that will never be true. We can always improve and must never think the job is done!

So, to answer the question ‘what’s next?’ our approach is simple; not only to continue challenging ourselves but also to keep talking to our customers and business partners, asking them how they would like us to improve, offering our assistance and guidance where appropriate and, most importantly, being honest about what we can and can’t do.  In short, we strive never to over-promise; but always to over-deliver on the promises we do make!
