Customers can access their documents and submit requests to us 24/7, while our dealer and broker network have direct access to a team of experienced Business Development Managers operating on a regional basis.

Choosing the right finance partner is crucial. It goes without saying that response times, acceptance levels, value-adding capabilities, customer care, and accessibility to key people when you need them all play a part. So, what’s next?
We’ve come a long way in a short space of time. However, we’re not looking to become the biggest player in the industry – our ambition is to be the best in the industry!
This, of course, is easy to say and difficult to accomplish; we fully recognise that we’ll never be able to say we’ve achieved that objective because that would mean that we believed we were as good as we could ever be; and that will never be true. We can always improve and must never think the job is done!
So, to answer the question ‘what’s next?’ our approach is simple; not only to continue challenging ourselves but also to keep talking to our customers and business partners, asking them how they would like us to improve, offering our assistance and guidance where appropriate and, most importantly, being honest about what we can and can’t do. In short, we strive never to over-promise; but always to over-deliver on the promises we do make!
