Credit Strategy Leadership Awards Success for Mann Island’s Head of Operations, Becky Letman

Winning awards has been a regular feature of Mann Island Finance’s success as a mainstream motor finance lender over recent years and the business is proud to announce another success.

During Credit Week, which is the largest gathering of credit professionals in Europe, the Gala Dinner saw the inaugural Leadership Awards take place, celebrating outstanding leadership in all departments and at all levels across the financial spectrum. The event saw Becky Letman, Head of Operations at Mann Island Finance, presented with the Outstanding Leader of the Year – Operations.

Given the breadth of financial services, Becky’s success is an accolade that represents great news for Becky, the Mann Island team, our customers and intermediaries.

Becky was recognised for her work in re-imagining Mann Island Finance’s Operations team over the preceding 12 months. Today, the critical Operations function is a lean, scalable and highly efficient environment, supporting dealers, brokers and consumers. Building upon the long-established care and service for which Mann Island is renowned, the Operations function has taken advantage of significant fintech and process innovations. Becky is quick to point out that winning the award reflects a team effort, noting:
