Given these inspiring words by the organisers of The Leadership Awards, everyone at Mann Island Finance is delighted to see that three members of the leadership team have been shortlisted;

  • John Hughes – Business Leader of the Year – Car Finance Lender
  • Lynn Reid- Business Leader of the Year – Technology & Analytics
  • Becky Letman – Outstanding Leader in Operations

The broader shortlist for the event is full of high quality candidates from across the financial services sphere and while it will be fascinating to learn who the winners are on March 23rd, all three colleagues are thrilled to be part of the evening’s celebration regardless of the outcome, as MD John Hughes reflects;

“Anyone who knows me will be aware of my feeling that being recognised on the shortlist for these prestigious awards is less about me and more about our amazing team and their efforts. Speaking to Becky and Lynn, I know they feel the same.

“Over the last few years, we have all been on an impressive journey together, primarily in trying times. The progress we have made together has been remarkable. Today, Mann Island Finance is a motor finance lender that continues to grow in scale and reputation. We have all played our part in this success.
